History
After a year of no slow pitch softball in Steamboat over the 4th of July weekend, THE TRADITION RETURNS and you now have the opportunity to spend a 3 day weekend in one of the most beautiful resort towns in America with friends, family, and teammates!
Triple Crown Sports is allowing Patty Harsch and the Pitchers Women's Slow Pitch team to run the traditional Mountain Magic tournament for all of the teams, players, and fans of the game that have made this event one of the most special adult slow pitch softball tournaments in the history of the game.
A total of 65 teams will be accepted into this event. No team will be accepted into this event until full payment is made with a credit card via the Triple Crown web site. We will not be accepting checks in the mail, checks on-site, credit cards on-site, or cash on-site. Teams will be accepted on a "first come, first serve" basis once payment is made via the Triple Crown web site. Teams will be notified of acceptance within 12 hours of payment and will be placed on the "Who's Coming" list on the Triple Crown web site.
The reason we are accepting a maximum of 65 teams, is so that ALL TEAMS can play within the confines of the city of Steamboat Springs. We will use Howelsen Park, Ski Town, and the single field at Strawberry. We will not be sending teams to Craig, Hayden, or Oak Creek to play games!
