History

Steamboat Springs is an awesome place to play ball. Small western town in Northwestern Colorado with lots of lodging. Hot days and cool nights. Steamboat Springs is located in the mountains of Colorado. Beautiful valley with golf, fishing, horse back riding, you name it for the young at heart.

NOTE: TOURNAMENT STARTS are posted under event format.

NOTE: Girl's fastpitch tournament has outgrown the Steamboat facilities, so in 2009, we will also play in Craig (40 mile drive). Other fields if needed will be in Oak Creek--30 minute drive, Hayden--30 minute drive, and Craig--60 minute drive. Depending on bracket size and times available, some brackets may finish late on Saturday evening. (Sometimes the smaller brackets in terms of number of teams). (10u was added in 2004 and will continue in 2009).

"A" teams and "B" teams (depending on the number of each in the bracket) could play each other in pool and then split into seperate A and B brackets to finish the tournament.
