Pricing Information:
Entry deadline is June 15, 2009. Only FULL payment will be accepted, NO deposits. 2008 price is good until December 15, 2008. Entry fee will increase after December 15, 2008.
REFUND POLICY
1. ALL REFUNDS will be charged a minimum processing fee of 10%
2. ANY REFUND REQUESTED AFTER JUNE 1st will be charged a 50% processing fee.
3. ANY REFUND REQUESTED AFTER JULY 1st will be charged a 75% processing fee.4. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN AFTER SCHEDULES HAVE BEEN POSTED 5. In the event of rain or any other uncontrollable factors that result in the cancellation of games to finish the tournament, refunds will be determined on the number of games played.
Event Format:Class A & B - 6 Game Schedule - Format will be pool play to elimination bracket. Number of pool games, elimination brackets, and bracket types (ie. dbl elim, CWS format, 3 game elim) may vary from dvision to division depending on number of teams and schedule requirements.
In the event of rain or other uncontrollable factors, the format may be changed to allow the tournament to stay on schedule. Age Cutoff Date:

History
2009 will be the 13th year of the TCS World Series and the 6th year in Park City. In 2008 over 320 teams from 20 states and Canada participated in the World Series. We anticipate almost 400 teams in 2008.
Teams participating in the World Series come from Triple Crown qualifying tournaments in California, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado that are managed by Triple Crown or one of their franchise territory owners. At Large Berths are offered to teams from states that do not have a qualifying event system.
Various Championship games have been taped for TV and syndicated to cable networks across the country for the past two years. This year’s 16UA and 18UA Championship games will again be televised.
