  • History

2005 was the inaugural year of the Sparkler Showcase All-Star Games and was a great success. Over 600 girls participated and were able to showcase their abilities to the college coaches on the field with them as well as the college coaches in the bleachers recruiting.

In 2006, the Triple Crown Sparkler tournament continued with the Sparkler Showcase All-Star Games. These games included the 16U teams in attendance to participate along with the 18Us. There were over 1,000 players participating in the All-Star games. In 2006 Triple Crown Sports televised the Sparkler All-American Game. This televised game was formed of players who had signed to Division I school and players who were chosen by college coaches in other All-Star games.

The 2007 Sparkler All-Star games were played each evening starting Monday, June 25th and completing play by Friday, June 29th. Over 1,600 players participated in the All-Star games and enjoyed the opportunity to build relationships with new team mates and college coaches.

Approximately 2000 players are expected to participate in the 2008 All-Star Showcase games. All-Star teams will again be formed according to graduating class and games played by region. Each team will be coached by college coaches attending the Sparkler Tournament to recruit.

    Event Testimonials:
"My daughter received many contacts from her All-Star and All-American game. As a parent of a student-athlete, I can not thank you enough for the opportunity you open to these dedicated athletes."

"I have been contacted by several college coaches from my participation in the Sparkler All-Star game. Most notably, Friends University in Wichita, KS. This was a direct result of my All-Star game where the Friends University coach was one of my All-Star coaches."
