REFUND POLICY: 1. No refund if brackets have been posted. 2. If brackets have not been posted and: a. you call 15 business days before the tournament start date, a full refund will be given minus a $50 processing fee b. if you call 10 to 14 business days before, 50 percent of your fee will be returned c. if you call 9 or fewer business days before, no refund will be given.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: 1. If the tournament is completely cancelled, please be aware that $50 of your entry fee will be kept for administrative costs. 2. If the tournament is completely cancelled, you can transfer the FULL amount to another Triple Crown Event. 3. If one game is played, you will receive half of your entry fee back. 4. If 2 games are played, you will not receive any of your entry fee back
