*VERY IMPORTANT: Please send team photo to Triple Crown Sports by 9/22/06, and label it with your team name, age group and home city. It will then be included in the Fall Nationals program. ROSTER MOVES: You will fill out a new roster knowing that you may have to pick up kids to play in the Fall Nationals because of other sports and commitments. The Triple Crown roster may not exceed 20 players. Starting in 2006, players can now play on two weekends. We will allow only two players per team, to play on the two separate weekends. If you are picking up a player whose original team is also attending Fall Nationals, you must obtain a written release form from that player's coach. If the player's previous team is not attending Fall Nationals, no release is needed.
BERTHS: To enter the Fall Nationals, the qualified Manager of record OR a core of half the qualifying players must be active with the team in St. Augustine during the tournament.
TOURNAMENT LODGING (CONDO & HOTEL) SECURITY POLICY: The community of St. Augustine has opened their doors to our events for nearly ten years. Most of the lodging in the community is well suited for multiple night stays, and includes amenities you may not normally find in other tournaments of this type. Please take care of the lodging properties that are hosting you.
Parents and coaches: It is your sole responsibility to supervise your children. There should be no hotel units without adult supervision. Your players and families should be well chaperoned at all times.
ANY PROBLEMS RESULTING FROM LOUD NOISE, HORSEPLAY IN THE POOL FACILITIES, OR GENERAL MISBEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED BY THE COMMUNITY OF ST. AUGUSTINE, OR THE TRIPLE CROWN SPORTS STAFF. FAILURE TO COMPLY COULD RESULT IN GAME FORFEITURE AND/OR REMOVAL FROM THE EVENT.
