Fastpitch World Series – Park City, Utah

The Triple Crown World Series was established in 1995 and in it's inaugural year, 24 teams participated. The teams loved the competition, but more importantly, they loved the mountain resort town of Steamboat Springs, CO. After years of growth, in 2003, the event moved to Park City, Utah, which was home of the 2002 Winter Olympic Games. Just as Steamboat Springs offered teams an experience that they would never forget, Park City has offered those same lifetime memories.
Last year, in 2008, 320 teams participated in Triple Crown’s Fastpitch World Series. This number is expected to grow to nearly 350 teams in 2009. Beautiful weather in this resort location treats players, parents and coaches to their memorable experience of tournament play, skills contests, all-star and showcase games, an opening ceremony parade down Main Street, rafting, horseback riding, bar-b-que’s and plenty of other great activities. Park City is easily accessed by air from Salt Lake City which is a 45-60 minute drive.
