| Professional Women’s Basketball Ownership History |
| Triple Crown Sports owned and operated a women’s professional franchise, the Colorado Chill. The Colorado Chill originated as a franchise in 2003 and began their first season of competition in the NWBL in 2004. In its three-year history, the Chill garnered three regular season titles and two Pro Cup Championship titles. The Chill’s rosters have included WNBA All-Star Becky Hammon (2004, 2005, 2006), WNBA All-Star and USA Gold Medalist Ruth Riley (2004, 2005, 2006), and six other current or former WNBA players. |

| Triple Crown Sports Women’s Basketball and Sports Profile |
| TCS owns and produces the 16-team Preseason Women’s National Invitation Tournament (WNIT), which has been in existence since 1994. The Postseason WNIT was taken over by TCS in 1998 and expanded from 16 teams to the current 48-team event. Record paying crowds for host schools have been set for women’s basketball in championship games ranging from 8,800 to 18,300 fans. | |
| TCS has recently created two holiday events hosted south of Cancun on the Mexican Riviera called the Caribbean Classics. This event has drawn top programs since its inception in 2005. Current powers Duke, North Carolina, Louisville, Baylor, California, and Arizona State, have competed and expressed their enjoyment of the event. In 2007, the Caribbean Classics are being expanded to 24 teams. |

| TCS owned and operated an athlete representation division specializing in professional women’s players from 1999 to 2004. Detailed understanding of player personality specific to values, skill level assessment, and the work environment desired by the female athlete were key areas of knowledge obtained through the agency. |

| TCS has rented, leased, or partnered in renting facilities at over 100 NCAA institutions as host sites for games in which TCS has partnered in selling tickets, sponsorships, and all other game related expenses. TCS’s current knowledge and substantial experience in the administrative and ticketing aspect of women’s basketball are at the top in the industry. TCS has sponsored and produced one of the few full fan demographic studies on the women’s basketball fan and their habits. TCS has hosted and produced games in conjunction with many of the top drawing collegiate programs in America: Tennessee, Duke, Connecticut, Missouri State, Texas Tech, Texas, Notre Dame, North Carolina, Maryland, Iowa State, Wisconsin, Arkansas, Michigan State, and 100+ others. |

| Triple Crown founded, built and maintained one of the larger collegiate women’s basketball booster clubs in the NCAA at Colorado State University at varying levels of commitment from 1993 to 2002. While managing the club, TCS also handled sponsorship and season ticket sales from 1993 to 1997. TCS built and managed a large portion of a detailed marketing plan that was used to grow the fan based at Colorado State from 300 fans per game to a peak of 4,700 in 1999. TCS functioned as a fan base development consultant for the University of Utah women’s basketball program in 2000 and 2001. |
